Located at the historic Williams & Russell site, the 85 deeply affordable rental units will serve families earning 30%–60% of Area Median Income (AMI). Every apartment is built with purpose, connection, and long-term stability in mind.

Why It Matters:
For generations, families from historically Black communities were displaced and locked out of Portland's housing market. This project is reclaiming that space and planting opportunity where community was uprooted.
