The Heart Behind the Restoration

Williams & Russell CDC’s Board is an accomplished and experienced team rooted in Portland’s Black community. Many of our leaders are second- and third-generation Portlanders, descendants of displaced families, and long-time advocates for housing, economic justice, and community power.

Together, we bring decades of professional expertise and personal legacy to every decision. This is more than a project to us. It’s a responsibility. And we are proud to lead this work with vision, care, and deep accountability.
