    On February 28, 2025, over 200 community members, descendants, and partners celebrated breaking ground on this sacred site. A powerful moment of return and recognition after decades of broken promises.

  • Construction Underway with Black-Led Team

    Our Black-led development team from Adre and Colas Construction is actively building 20 townhomes and 85 apartments. Every day brings us closer to families returning to North East Portland.

  • $2.5M Investment Powers Our Vision

    The innovative 1803 Fund provided transformative funding, proving that community-led financing can power reparative development. This investment demonstrates Black Portland's commitment to investing in the future of Black Portland.

85 affordable 1-3 bedroom apartments at 30-60%AMI. Includes community space, outdoor area, parking and resident services.

Homeownership Opportunities

20 high-quality townhomes (2BR & 3BR), with four featuring accessible ground-floor units. Aimed at 60–120% AMI families building generational wealth where they belong.

Business Hub

26,000 square feet Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) building offering affordable office and retail space for Black-owned businesses and partners. Restoring this cornerstone of the Albina Boise-Eliott neighborhood as a vibrant business and community hub.
