THE TEAM

The Team Behind It All

Williams & Russell CDC is powered by a team that doesn't just work in this community—we are this community. Our leaders are second- and third-generation Portlanders, descendants of displaced families, and lifelong advocates who've dedicated their careers to housing justice, economic empowerment, and Black liberation.

At WRCDC, Dieudonné draws on her experience across executive support, organizational coordination, and community engagement to contribute to an organization working to honor Albina’s legacy and expand housing and economic opportunities for Portland’s historically displaced Black community. With a career rooted in public service, leadership, and movement building, she looks forward to contributing to WRCDC’s continued growth and to realizing a future shaped by the vision, leadership, and aspirations of the Albina community.

Every decision we make is guided by Black vision, Black values, and Black community voice. This is what it looks like when we control our own healing.
