Director of Strategic Investment and Relationships
Matthew Ferris is the Director of Strategic Investment and Relationships at Williams & Russell CDC, where he leads sponsorship strategy and high-level partnerships for a reparative development in Portland’s historic Albina neighborhood. Drawing on over two decades of experience in events, fundraising, and community investment, he designs revenue strategies, cultivates major sponsors, and helps translate community vision into a financially grounded, long-term development that benefits Black residents and businesses connected to the site.
