Executive Administrative Assistant
Nicole Rose is an Executive Administrative Assistant at Williams & Russell CDC, where she supports daily operations, leadership coordination, and organizational effectiveness across the team. With a background in marketing and project coordination, she brings a strong foundation in communication, organization, and cross-functional support to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently and with impact.
Passionate about community-centered work, Nicole is dedicated to supporting efforts that restore and revitalize Portland’s historic Albina neighborhood. Williams & Russell CDC is committed to creating housing, economic opportunity, and a vibrant business hub for Black Portlanders, and Nicole takes pride in contributing to this mission through thoughtful coordination, relationship-building, and operational excellence.
