Rosemary
Director of Operations
Rosemary has been working with nonprofits as a program manager, operations officer, and technology specialist for over a decade, with prior experience working with environmental remediation and management firms. She has degrees in Linguistics and Public Administration, focusing on nonprofit management. She joins Williams Russell CDC as the Director of Operations and is excited for new challenges with the organization.
