Chief Operations Officer
Ta’ Neshia Renae` serves as Chief Operations Officer at Williams & Russell CDC, helping advance the mission to create vibrant, thriving communities that support the economic and cultural growth of Black Portlanders. A U.S. Air Force veteran with a strong background in community advocacy, she is dedicated to building lasting partnerships, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that WRCDC’s work reflects the needs and voices of the community.
With experience spanning leadership, legal services, and community engagement, Ta’ Neshia has worked extensively in operations, mediation, and housing advocacy. She serves on the Portland Housing Center Board and the N/NE Oversight Committee. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to equity, access, and empowering underserved communities.
